Running Projects
WIAS Focus Platform SemQuTech
The focus platform Simulation of Semiconductor Devices for Quantum Technologies (SemQuTech) started in April 2023. It bundles the activities of the WIAS research groups Laser Dynamics and Partial Differential Equations on modeling, simulation and optimization of semiconductor devices (e.g., components for quantum computers, narrow-linewidth semiconductor lasers) for quantum technologies.
